The Process

Step 1: Consultation Call
Book a free 15-minute consultation call. This call will allow for us to explore if we may be a good-fit for one another

Step 2: Assessment
If we are a good fit, our first session together will be dedicated to an assessment session; which will allow me to create an individualized treatment plan unique to you.

Step 3: Therapy Begins
As of session two, our therapeutic work together will officially begin
